First Lady Aisha Buhari has stated that the condition of her husband, President Muhammadu Buhari, is not as bad people perceived.
The first lady took to Twitter to address rumors of the president’s health on Tuesday.
According to Mrs. Buhari, the president’s health “is not as bad as it’s being perceived,” adding that he continues to fulfill his presidential duties every day. S
She said Buhari will be meeting with the Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami, and the Group Managing Director of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, Maikanti Baru, on Tuesday evening.
The First Lady thanked Nigerians for their concern and prayers.
Buhari’s health status once again became the source of national concern and speculation after he missed last Friday’s Juma’at Service at Aso Rock, three consecutive Federal Executive Council meetings, and Monday’s May Day celebration.
