Cristiano Ronaldo made history on Tuesday night as he netted a stunning overhead kick to give Real Madrid a 2-0 lead over Juventus in the champions league.
Real Madrid travelled to Italy to take on the Old Lady as Juve are referred to in the quarter-final first leg match.
Ronaldo had given Madrid the lead in the 3rd minute courtesy of a brilliant move by Isco, who started in place of Gareth Bale.

Ronaldo however reserved his best for the second goal as he netted a stunning overhead kick that left Buffon rooted to the spot to move Madrid closer to the semi-finals.
The Juventus fans were left awed with Ronaldo’s brilliance as they joined the Real Madrid fans in giving Ronaldo a deserving standing ovation – in a scene similar to the standing ovation given to Ronaldinho at the Santiago Bernabeu.
