The chairman of the All Progressive Congress (APC), Adams Oshiomhole has been asked to respond to allegations of corruption levied against him over the just-concluded party primaries.
Oshiomhole has been accused by petitioners of collecting bribe from some aspirants to influence the results of the party’s primaries that took place last month.
The APC chairman was grilled by operatives of the Department of State Services in Abuja on Monday.
Oshiomhole has been on the end of serious criticism following the conclusion of the APC primaries.
Aisha Buhari, wife of the President, had called out Oshiomhole after her brother was defeated in the APC governorship primary election in Adamawa state.
The governor of Imo state and some other powerful people in the party have also expressed their displeasure with Oshiomhole.
