President Muhammadu Buhari seems to be coasting to victory as he has won three more ‘major’ states to move clear of PDP’s Atiku Abubakar.
Buhari and the All Progressive Congress (APC) made light work of Bauchi state as they were able to poll 798,428 votes.
Their closest rival, the PDP came second with 209,313 votes in the state.

Lagos was expected to be a swing state and it proved so with political parties sharing votes among themselves.
The APC got 580,825 votes while the PDP were about a 100,000 votes behind, polling a total of 448,015 votes.
There were also good results for new parties and young candidates with the likes of AAC getting 8,910 votes with the ANN coming closely behind with 6,946 votes while the YPP got 5,733 votes.
