There was confusion and drama on Monday as the Acting Managing Director of the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC), Prof. Daniel Pondei appeared to have fainted.
Pondei appeared at the public hearing of the House of Representatives Committee probing the financial recklessness in the commission.
The NDDC boss was being questioned over an alleged N1.5billion spent by the commission for COVID-19 palliatives when he slumped on the table.
